1. Acceptance of Terms:

11.1 By using the mobile application “GlamMe”, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please refrain from using the App.

2. Services:

2.1 The App provides a platform for users to book hair and makeup services provided by independent beauty professionals. The services include, but are not limited to, hair styling, makeup application, and related beauty services.

2.2 Each service provider will have their own terms and conditions. It is the user’s responsibility to read carefully and agree to the booking.

2.3 GlamMe is not responsible for service providers/consumers upon booking at the given address. All consumers/service providers must take care of their own safety.

2.4 The service provider has full rights to terminate the booking and will not refund if they are being mistreated or abused whether physical or mentally.

2.5 The service consumer has full rights to terminate the booking and will get a full refund if they are being mistreated or abused whether physical or mentally.

2.6 GlamMe cannot be held liable for sensitivities, allergies, or skin/medical conditions. If any of these issues occur before, during or after the booking.

2.7 GlamMe is not responsible for timings. Service providers and service consumers must have a mutual agreement as per the availability given through the app.

2.8 Service providers have the full right to charge for extras that have not been agreed through the application upon booking.

3.User Account:

3.1 Service consumers must create an account to access and use certain features of the App.

3.2 Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information and password.

3.3 All Users must notify GlamMe immediately of any unauthorised use of their account.

3.4 Service consumers/ providers must provide accurate information. In a case of unlawful event, GlamMe have the right to provide any information to help with the case.

4.Booking and Payments:

4.1 Service consumers can book services from available Service Providers through the App.

4.2 Service consumers agree to pay the agreed-upon amount for services booked through the App.

4.3 Payment information is processed securely through the App, and GlamMe retains the right to change pricing and payment terms.

4.4 GlamMe takes a percentage from the deposit make to the service provider. The percentage can change without notice.

4.5 GlamMe will take a service charge from the user and can change without notice. GlamMe will honour the service charge given at the time of the booking.

4.6 The outstanding balance will be in discretion between the consumer and service provider. GlamMe will not take responsibility for the remaining balance unless full payment is made through the APP.

5.Cancellation and Refund Policy:

5.1 Consumers may cancel bookings based on the cancellation policy displayed on the App. GlamMe will not provide any refunds from the percentage taken from the deposit.

5.2 Refund policies are determined by the Service Provider, and GlamMe is not responsible for refunds.

5.3 Once a deposit is made, the percentage that GlamMe takes is non-refundable to the service consumer or to the service provider unless there was an emergency that can be disputed via email with proof.

5.4 In the event of an emergency, if the service provider is not able to attend the booking, they shall refund the full amount or give you an option to reallocate another stylist for the day. Unless you accept a separate terms of conditions from the service provider that states otherwise, you must comply with both.

6.User Conduct:

6.1 All users agree to use the App for lawful purposes only and not to violate any applicable laws or regulations.

6.2 All users must not engage in any conduct that may disrupt the functionality of the App.

7.Intellectual Property:

7.1 The content, design, and functionality of the App are the property of GlamMe and are protected by intellectual property laws.

8.Photography:

8.1 The service provider/consumer reserves the right to use all photography and videography on all social media sites, should you wish to opt out, you can do so in writing to service provider/consumer so there is a formal notice.

9.Privacy:

9.1 GlamMe respects the privacy of its users. The privacy policy is outlined separately and is an integral part of these terms.

10.Termination:

10.1 GlamMe reserves the right to terminate or suspend user accounts for any reason without notice.

11.Limitation of Liability:

11.1GlamMe is not liable for any damages or losses resulting from the use or inability to use the App.

12.Changes to Terms:

12.1GlamMe may modify these terms at any time, and users are responsible for reviewing the terms regularly.
